RECREATIONAL KAYAK RENTALS - For Constitution Marsh and Foundry Cove No paddling experience necessary however, the Marsh is tidal. Because you have to paddle under the railroad trestle, the ideal time to enter the Marsh is two hours before high tide and leave two hours after high tide. Click here for the tide schedule. There are shorter times to paddle part way into the Marsh. Please call the shop for more information. (Please be advised that if you paddle into the Marsh at low tide, you will get stuck in the mud and disrupt the very sensitive eco-system. Click here to visit Constitution Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary.)
